I am designating a place for our customers to clearly and honestly review their experiences with our store. If you are a customer that has made a purchase at Advanced Electronic, I'd like to give you the opportunity to speak about your experience with us. We do not ask that you exaggerate anything. We wish that anybody that has received a package from our store speak a bit to let our customers know how quickly it arrived, if the merchandise was of good quality, and possibly a note regarding the quality of the packaging, whether or not it was protective enough.
You may add details about the shipping type, of course the speed of the shipping, and quality and courtesy of our customer service. We please ask that nobody makes any post that did not make a purchase here. We will delete competitor's unfair posts that may disable or cripple our business.
We do offer a quality service, and we ship every one of our paid orders. We do understand mistakes have been made in the past, especially when we were brand new online, and we offer the right for those customers to speak, hopefully to show that we did do our best to resolve your problem.
We have done our best to be sure that our customers know if a product is not in stock, and it is clearly posted on our site. Negative posts placed by customers who have purchased backordered items when they were clearly labeled "False" and "qty 0", as well as "Not in stock" will not be tolerated, and the postings will be removed. We do our best to satisfy these orders. Some products do pass their ETA, and we do let all of our customers that order products that are not in stock when their ETA is. An ETA is an "estimated time of arrival", and nothing more. Your product may show up on that day, or a month later. We can not force the manufacturer to ship out a single product overnight. Also, these products must arrive at a distribution center, be divided, and shipped out. We assure all of our customers that we do our best to be sure that they receive their product by calling, and following up with sales reps, purchasers from suppliers, sometimes even speaking directly with manufacturers. We do help our customers return products under warranty that have passed our normal warranty period.
We hope that everybody that does make a purchase here decides to post. It is the only way for the entire US to realize that we are for real, and we mean business. Since we are still virtually unknown to the internet, we hope that our happy customers help us out by posting about us elsewhere as well. We have certainly tried to give the best impressions possible with every one of our customers by email, telephone, as well as direct, with our local Connecticut customers.
We offer a guarantee that your package does arrive, and if it is not there within 30 days, we automatically refund the order. This only applies to customers that have not special ordered a product, or back ordered (ordered an item that was out of stock).
If you are a customer that has been successfully refunded because of an issue, or an item that did not arrive, we hope you post as well. We have successfully processed many refunds, and even offered partial refunds to customers for reduced shipping costs if we decided to use an alternate method of shipping.
